Microsoft Partners With Deutsche Telekom For Germany Data Centers To Fend Off U.S. Spying

Microsoft announced that it will open new data centers in Germany in late 2016, in a bid to protect consumers’ digital information from U.S. government surveillance. Deutsche Telekom is the German data trustee in charge of controlling and overseeing access to customer data.
